Banly'sTRADING CARD CARE · 2006Shop · from $14.95

TERMS

Plain terms.No small print games.

This covers buying from banlys.com and using what's in the tin. Buy the starter on eBay, Etsy, or Amazon and that marketplace's own policies handle the order — everything here about the product itself still applies. Last reviewed October 8, 2026.

01 · WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

A wax paste and a cloth.

The starter is a tin of Banly's Trading Card Care and a microfiber cloth, $14.95. The Full Care Kit is the Blaster box, the same tin, a Banly's applicator, and a microfiber cloth, $21.95, with the directions printed on the box itself. Both tins come out of the same batch. Prices are in US dollars and can change; the price shown when you order is the price we honor.

Every tin is mixed by hand in small batches. Color, firmness, and scent shift a little from batch to batch. That's normal for this and not a defect.

02 · YOUR CARDS ARE YOUR RISK

You own the card. You decide.

This is the part that matters, so we're not burying it. The product is for plastic-coated trading cards — Chrome, Prizm, Optic, Mosaic, refractors, anything with a sealed gloss. It is not for paper, matte, worn or peeling coats, or autograph ink. Every card stock takes it differently, and we can't inspect or test yours.

Run it on a base card of the same stock before you touch anything you'd be upset to lose. When you use it on a card, you are accepting the risk to that card. To the fullest extent the law allows, Banly's is not liable for damage to cards, loss of value, a grade you didn't get, or a sale that fell through. If a state you live in doesn't allow a limit like that, then our liability is capped at what you paid for the product.

Read how to care for a card and what not to do before the first pass.

03 · GRADING

We don't speak for the graders.

PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC and the rest write their own rules and change them when they want. Grading companies generally treat wax, polish, or any added substance on a card as an alteration or a foreign substance. Leftover Banly's can read that way.

So: wipe a card clean before you submit it, and understand that nothing here is a promise about a grade, a crossover, or how a submission will come back. We have no relationship with any grading company and we aren't endorsed by one. Those names are theirs and are used here only to describe what they do.

04 · ORDERS FROM THIS SITE

Buy Now is the order.

The Buy Now buttons on the kits page take payment through Stripe. The price on the button is the price. Shipping is free. The sale is complete when Stripe confirms the payment. We pack it in Oakwood. If we can't fill an order, we cancel it and refund you.

It's a small shop, so batches run out. If something is short we'll tell you what the wait looks like instead of sitting on your money.

05 · SHIPPING

It leaves Oakwood in a day or two.

Shipping on a site order is free. Handling time is 1–2 business days from the time payment clears. Orders are packed by hand. Once a carrier has the box, their timeline is their timeline and we can't speed it up.

We ship worldwide, subject to the import laws of wherever it's going. Duties, VAT, customs fees, and any brokerage charges are the buyer's to pay, and they're on top of what you paid us. Delivery windows outside the US are wide and largely out of our hands.

One thing worth knowing before you order from outside the country: the tin contains beeswax, and a number of places regulate bee products at the border. Australia and New Zealand allow commercially manufactured beeswax goods for personal use but inspect them, and Western Australia is stricter still. Our packages are labeled with the full ingredient list, which is what an inspector wants to see. Even so, checking your country's rules is your side of this. If customs holds, returns, or destroys a shipment, we can refund the product but not the shipping, and we can't override a border decision.

If a package shows up damaged, photograph it before you unpack any further and send us the pictures.

06 · RETURNS

Thirty days, unopened.

An unopened tin or kit can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. You cover return shipping unless the problem was ours. Once a tin is opened we can't resell it, so opened product isn't returnable — but if it arrived broken, leaking, wrong, or short an item, write us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

A card that didn't turn out the way you hoped isn't a product defect. That's section 02, and it's why we tell you to practice on a base card first. Kits bought on eBay, Etsy, or Amazon go through that marketplace's return process.

On an international return, you cover the return shipping and any customs charges it picks up coming back, and we refund the product price once it lands. Duties you already paid your own government are between you and them.

07 · THE REST

Housekeeping.

The product is sold as-is beyond what's written here, with no other warranty expressed or implied. Everything on this site — the writing, photographs, the Banly's name and marks — is ours; don't republish it as your own. Other brand names that show up on this site belong to their owners and appear only to describe cards, products, or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If we change them, the date at the top changes with them. Questions about any of it, write admin@banlys.com and ask. We'd rather answer than have you guess.
